Idaho State University Psychology Department invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor beginning August 2018. The position requires a PhD from an APA-accredited clinical psychology program. Clinical and research expertise is open, but preference will be given to applicants focusing on children/adolescents or other areas complementary to our faculty. Candidates should also be license eligible in Idaho. All applicants should have evidence of strong research scholarship and a commitment to excellence in teaching and mentorship of students. The successful candidate will establish an independent research program, teach undergraduate (in-seat and online) and graduate courses, and supervise graduate student research. Idaho State University offers an APA-accredited PhD in Clinical Psychology (scientist-practitioner model), a PhD in Experimental Psychology, and BS in Psychology.
