KVC West Virginia is now hiring a full-time psychologist. Applicants must have a MA Degree, Ed.D, or Ph.D. in Psychology and have a WV license or under supervision with a Licensed Psychologist.  Also must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance and be willing to travel to worksites across the state including KVC's Roane, Jackson, Kanawha, Raleigh and Wyoming offices. The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong understanding of trauma diagnosis and treatment in children and teens; provide psychological testing, diagnostic evaluations for foster children as well as the child’s biological and foster family.  This individual will serve as a leader in guiding the treatment team through the process of treatment with children and be comfortable with or willing to learn the use of tele-med equipment as needed.
